Note the date change! This is now happening on Saturday, 3/21!
And, no, I won't be playing any Coldplay. But I will be playing quite a few tracks from artists like the Dropkick Murphys, The Pogues, Flogging Molly, Seamus, and so on, what with St. Patricks being only a few days before.

Ugh, The Dropkick Murphys annoy me. Probably because of "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" and it's association with the Red Sox.
Weird. So good at the beginning (or 17 minutes in) of "The Departed" and then so awful at the end of Red Sox wins.
"Hey man, play some Tossers!" ;)
Pretty sure you're thinking of the song "Tessie" being played after Red Sox wins, not Shipping Up To Boston (which is used by the Celtics and various Boston-area hockey teams). Although the Dropkicks do both.
That being said, yes, I'm happy to play some Tossers.
Nope...they play "Shipping Up To Boston" or at least they did during the playoffs and Series in 2007. It's Jonathon Papelbon's entrance music, and after winning the ALDS, ALCS and World Series Papelbon did a stupid jig to it in his underwear out on the mound.
I haven't been to Fenway in a while so those wins are the only ones I saw the Sox play at the end of those games. Maybe Tessie is played normally after home wins. I dunno.
Oh, true. Yeah, Tessie is evidently one of the home win songs now. I remember the time the Dropkicks and Roger Miret and the Disasters played here together. Miret, of course, reps NYC. It was the night of a big Red Sox/Yankees game and the two bands had some huge bet riding on it. They kept sending folks to the bus for the score and such.
right, soooo...House of Pain?
I got my shitkickers on!
or Sinead, she's punky like Brewster!
I think you're thinking of 80s night at Big Daddy's. Don't worry, you can go to both!
really, they have an 80's night still? That's bizarrely lame.
What do you mean still? Around my pad every night is 80's night. I wear my jeans pegged or not at all.
